Intentionally helping souls remember their inner core essence and reconnect with their purpose in life which is joy, have them realize that they are more than just physical beings, that they can expand from where they are and help them begin to understand themselves as multidimensional beings and the beauty in profoundly journeying inwards that brings great meaning to their inner truths and deliberately create a reality that aligns to their core essence.”
Yearning for change and conquering an autoimmune disease
Personal Holistic Journey
Khreystine or who is also known as Khrey was born and raised in the Philippines. As a Filipina with a family filled with medical professionals, she was taught that her path to success was to be a Nurse. She studied for 4 years to have a degree in Bachelors of Nursing, and things didn't turn out the way she wanted them to be. So many hurdles came along the way for her to finish this chosen career path, and one of them was her being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease.
Life has shifted drastically for her. She was yearning for a change through years of suffering and battling with her disease and the obstacles that came along. By the year 2017, she finally surrendered and gave in to releasing control of her illness and underwent radiation therapy to overcome Grave's Disease. She vowed that day that she'll start prioritizing her health even further by journeying through self-love.
Approaching her health holistically. Her disease became a tipping point on her journey through holistic healing. She climbed up the ladder one by one as she systematically built her physical, mental, emotional, and, most especially, spiritual health. Researching multiple modalities that can help her growth and healing and combining them together where she intersects science and spirituality to bridge the gap in fully helping her connect profoundly with her authentic core essence.

Through years of self-development, she has shape shifted her life with the teachings of different spiritual mentors and the law of attraction teachers such as Abraham Hicks, Garbielle Beirnstein, Deepak Chopra, Eckart Tolle, Mastin Kipp, Dr. Gabor Mate, Holly Holmes, Sand Symes, Caroline Vigery and more. Invested with life coaches and multiple programs that amplified her journey through inner work and shadow work so she can illuminate light through her darkest past.
Embracing authenticity through Reiki
Reiki Master
Khrey is a Certified Usui Reiki Master. Reiki became a huge catalyst for her healing, and it was the last missing piece to her journey of alignment and centered state. Reiki is the powerful tool that has helped her become the most authentic being who embodies her truest self not only in the work she does for soulful clients but to herself and her family. She had performed energy healing with countless souls in releasing the emotional blockages that were hindering them from tapping into their conscious and aligned state.

Khrey is a lifelong learner and yearns to deliver the best service she can. With that being said, she is also a certified life coach or a healing coach, an EFT practitioner, and a certified clinical hypnotherapist where she guides people to believe in themselves and break the matrix that they were conditioned to be in and help them to bring their inner knowing to arrive with substantial solutions for their healing and connect with their authentic core essence and intuition. As a coach, she's able to map out your journey in a very expansive way where it's tailored to your soul's specific needs. She desires for anyone to grow passed their limited beliefs about themselves so they can find their inner purpose in life which is to live in joyous state.
